Q: What are your opening times?
A: We are open to the public Monday – Friday 9.30 a.m. to 3 pm
Weekday’s after 3:00pm and weekends we are only open for private parties.

Q: How long can we play for?
A: Play sessions are 2 hours long and can be pre booked.

Q: Can we bring our own food and drink?
A: Camelot Play Castle is a cafe as well as a play and party centre. We kindly ask that all customers refrain from bringing their own food and drink (with the exception of baby food/milk). The only exception to this is the Birthday Cake.

Q: Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?
A: We offer our standard food options as well as vegetarian and halal options for all our parties. If you communicate any further dietary restrictions to us then we will be happy to make sure that the food is suitable for your needs.

Q: Is the party exclusive?
A: All our Camelot Parties are now exclusive to you and your guests with exclusive use of the party room and a member of staff dedicated to your party. 

Q: Can we extend our party?
A: We may be able to extend your party for an additional 30 minutes at a cost of £30 subject to availability.

Q: Do we have to pay a deposit?
A: yes. Its a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure a party booking.

Q: How do we pay?
A: All party bookings and payment are done via the booking app.

Q: Whats included in the price?
A: The whole place to yourselves, two members of staff who will keep you children entertained throughout the party,food and party bags.

Q: Do we provide party bags?
A: Party bags are provided and the cake will be cut, wrapped and put in the party bags by our staff before the end of the party. Feel free to bring additional goodies to go in with our own sweets, our staff will be happy to distribute any extras if you choose to bring them along.

Q: What's in the party bags?
A: A packet of swizzles, a chew, a lolly, bag of jellies and a balloon. You can however add your own things to the party bags.

Q: Do you pay for babies?
A: Not if they are too small to eat.

Q: What are the maximum number of children you can hold at a party?
A: 30 children

Q: Do you provide invitations?
A: No, but we do have them on our website for you to personalise and print off.

Q: What is included in the food?
A: Hot food is included in the price and is a choice of fishfingers, pizza or nuggets with chips and ice cream for pudding.

Cold food is an extra £20 and is a choice of ham, cheese, choc spread and jam sandwiches, crisps, nuggets, pizza, sausage rolls, tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, small sausages, cheese, mini cheddars and ice cream for pudding.

Breakfast menu is ham and cheese sandwiches, crisps, fruit platter, tea cakes and ice cream for pudding.

Q: Do you cater for allergies?
A: Yes, we cater for all allergies and vegetarians. We have an allergy folder parents can check before we prepare any food. We work closely with parents to make sure everything is safe for the children.

Q: What time can we arrive for before the party?
A: You are allowed in 5 minutes before each party slot as we only have a small amount of time in between parties to clean up.

Q: Is there food for adults?
A: Yes there is a snack menu for adults but please bear in mind that the children's food must take priority.

Q: When do I need to let you know final numbers?
A: Please inform us a week before 

Q: Can you fetch your own mascots to the party?
A: Not at the moment.

Q: Can we fetch our own food to the party?
A: Not unless it is for an allergy or intolerance.

Q: Can we use our own facepainter?
A: No, for insurance purposes and we have our own facepainters.

Q: What activities do you have on in the week?
